Admission Tickets

  • An admission ticket is required to enter The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show and includes entry to quilt displays, stage presentations and the vendor mall.
  • Admission ticket purchases are non-refundable.
  • All online admission ticket purchases are for electronic tickets. Paper admission tickets will not be mailed to you. 

Lectures, Workshops and Evening Events

  • Individual paper tickets for lectures, workshops and special evening events will no longer be mailed to you. Your confirmation email/class schedule will now act as your ticket. 
  • Refunds or exchanges on tickets for lectures, Sit & Sew workshops, hands-on workshops and special evening events may be requested by contacting the Advanced Registration Center through Monday, August 31.
    • There will be a $5 processing fee for all refunds processed through August 31.
    • After August 31, no refunds will be issued and exchanges must be completed in person at The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show.
    • Exchanges made at The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show will be subject to a $2 per ticket fee and must be processed at least 1 hour ahead of the event time of the ticket being exchanged.
    • Exchanges are subject to ticket availability.

General Ticket Information

  • As of January 2026, we are unable to take credit card payments over the phone. We are still able to help you add classes/tickets to your online shopping cart and then send an electronic invoice to your email.
  • Advance registration is available online through Tuesday, September 8.
  • Individual paper tickets for lectures, workshops and special evening events will not be mailed to you. Your confirmation email/class schedule now act as your ticket.
  • Printed versions of your confirmation email/class schedule will be available for pick up at the Class Ticket Pick Up desk, if needed.
  • During The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show, admission tickets will be available online and at the Ticket Booths at either entrance, and class tickets will be available at the Class Ticket Sales desk.
  • Parking is not included with admission.
