This year’s Great Wisconsin Quilt Show will take place September 7–9 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin. This three-day event for quilting enthusiasts of all levels is presented by PBS Wisconsin and Nancy Zieman Productions LLC. The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show is targeted to an educated audience eager for quilting know-how. Participating as a vendor is a great way to showcase your products and meet new customers. In fact, the event typically draws more than 20,000 attendees from across the Midwest and beyond!

Vendor criteria: Products must be related to sewing, quilting and/or embroidery.

BOOTH TYPES

Commercial vendors may register according to the following booth rates: 

REGISTRATION FEES
Standard Booth: $1,365
Corner Booth: $1,565

A standard booth includes a 10′ x 10′ area with one 8-ft. table, two chairs and a sign. The show is draped in gray. Vendors can purchase additional equipment and electricity through the Alliant Energy Center’s online ordering system. Vendor ingress is from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 6.

Three-day parking passes can be purchased for $23 each through Aug. 1, 2023.

Cancellation policy: 50% of registration fees are refundable if cancellation is received prior to July 1, 2023. After that date, cancellations are not refundable.

ADVERTISING

Vendors can advertise their business in The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show event guide, which will be inserted in the Wisconsin State Journal newspaper on Sunday, Sept. 3 and distributed to all event attendees.
