The 2025 Great Wisconsin Quilt Show will take place September 4–6 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin. This three-day event for quilting enthusiasts of all levels is presented by PBS Wisconsin and Nancy Zieman Productions LLC. The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show is targeted to an educated audience eager for quilting know-how. Participating as a vendor is a great way to showcase your products and meet new customers. In fact, the event typically draws over 16,000 attendees from across the Midwest and beyond!

Commercial vendors may register according to the following booth rates:
2025 REGISTRATION FEES
Standard Booth: Early Registration $1,324/ Regular Registration $1,455
Corner Booth: Early Registration $1,515/ Regular Registration $1,665
Early Registration Ends: January 10, 2025
Each booth includes a 10′ x 10′ area with one 8-ft. table, two chairs and a sign. The show is draped in gray. Vendors can purchase additional equipment and electricity through the Alliant Energy Center’s online ordering system. Vendor ingress is from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3.
Cancellation policy: 50% of total registration fees are refundable if cancellation is received prior to July 1, 2025. After that date, cancellations are not refundable.
ADVERTISING
Vendors and businesses can advertise their organizations in The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show Event Guide. The guide will be shared electronically, posted on the event website prior to the event, and 15,000+ will be distributed to attendees at the event.
