Artist Statement:
Syd and Nancy are everyone’s favorite couple at our condo complex in Florida. They’ve been married for over 65 years. This quilt is from my original photo. Raw edge appliqué fused using a Lite Steam-A-Seam 2. Fabrics were collected over 20 years to do a portrait quilt. Quilted on my home size BERNINA.
