Artist Statement:

Computerized and hand guided quilting with extensive metallic thread embellishment is a tribute to the memory of my mom and her sister. A seven-year journey in healing, from design to piecing to quilting, reflecting the colors of gems and diamonds that sparkle as do my "Gems in Heaven."
