Artist Statement:
White Americans are beginning to understand that racism is embedded in so many American systems: criminal justice, healthcare, education, housing, and politics (to name just a few). It's irrelevant that we were never slave owners. We benefit from systems that continue to disadvantage (and even kill) Black Americans. Let’s talk about ways we can unravel this knotty problem.
